Pet Purchase Agreement
*The puppy is considered “pet quality” only. We do not guarantee the puppy to be show potential or a breeding prospect, even if it may be. This is an agreement that pets shall be pets only and not bred by accident or on purpose unless prior written permission has been given. The puppy is recognized to be purebred by its confirmation to breed standard. No DNA tests have been performed. The buyer accepts the pet as this.
*The seller guarantees that the puppy described below will be vaccinated as stated on the record of the puppy up to date for its age. It will also receive a de-worming treatment prior to being released to its new home. We do not offer a health guarantee. This is because we cannot guarantee the care the puppy will receive and or regular vet care and vaccinations once it leaves our premise. We do offer a health certificate and vet health check to ensure it is in good health the day it is received by its new family.
*The purchaser has 72 hours to take the puppy to a
licensed Veterinarian of your choice for a check up. This is your choice but is
required for consideration of any refunds or exchanges. If a life threatening
defect is found, we require written verification from the Veterinarian. The
puppy must be returned to us immediately. After 72 hours no refunds or
exchanges will be given. Blooming Acre will have no liability for future costs
associated with this pet, this vet exam, or any veterinary services you elect. The purchaser acknowledges the life-threatening dangers of low blood sugar/hypoglycemia in small puppies. This is entirely preventable by the new owner and the purchaser agrees to feed the puppy as directed by the breeder 4x per day including offering puppy protein milk if you are away.
*When placing a deposit on a puppy it is a commitment to purchase said puppy and our commitment to save it just for you. Deposits are non-refundable. If for some reason the puppy is not fit for sale due to health reasons the deposit would be refunded. We reserve the right to cancel a sale due to any unbecoming behavior by a customer that would make us question a customer’s judgment as a pet owner and business relationship.
*Purchasing this puppy is a lifelong commitment that should be taken seriously. If for any reason you are not able to keep your pet for life due to unforeseen circumstances, this is a promise to re-home your puppy to a situation where they are safe, loved and well cared for. We breed our pets for quality and pride ourselves on the care and love they and their parents receive. Please purchase your lifelong companion with confidence in us.
